INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised whole cow’s MILK, Sugar, Pasteurised EGG yolk, Salted shortcrust pastry (WHEAT flour type 0, BUTTER, water, pasteurised EGG yolk, iodised salt, sugar), Passion fruit purée (4.40%), WHEAT flour type 0, Potato starch, Vanilla powder (0.31%) [vanilla pods, vanilla pulp].
Directions: consume at 20°C. Store in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
