INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour type 00, BUTTER, Dark Chocolate (20%) (min. 47% cocoa) (19.26%) [sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, dextrose, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], Pasteurised EGG yolk, Sugar, Pasteurised fresh whole MILK, Natural sourdough [WHEAT, water], Honey, Orange peel paste [orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar], Water, Whole WHEAT flour, Iodised salt, Bourbon vanilla pods. May contain: peanuts, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio nuts), sesame.
Prior to consumption, keep the leavened product in a room at 20°-26°C for at least one day, or slightly warm it in the oven or similar device set to about 40°C. Switch off the oven and allow to leaven in the bag for half an hour. Always remove the baking tray before cutting. Use a serrated blade knife to gently cut the slices. Store at 10-12°C away from sunlight.
