NATURALLY LEAVENED, HOMEMADE, OVEN-BAKED PRODUCT WITH PELLECCHIELLE APRICOTS.
INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour type 00, BUTTER, Candied Pellecchielle apricots (21%) [apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier (citric acid)], Pasteurised EGG yolk, Sugar, Pasteurised fresh whole MILK, Natural sourdough [WHEAT, water], Honey, Orange peel paste [orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar], Water, Whole WHEAT flour, Iodised salt, Bourbon vanilla pods. May contain: peanuts, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio nuts), sesame, soy.
Prior to consumption, keep the leavened product in a room at 20°-26°C for at least one day, or slightly warm it in the oven or similar device set to about 40°C. Switch off the oven and allow to leaven in the bag for half an hour. Always remove the baking tray before cutting. Use a serrated blade knife to gently cut the slices. Store at 10-12°C away from sunlight.
