Three leavening phases make this a unique cake, which is both light and refined. The many raw materials preserve its genuine quality. Today we propose it baked in a jar, which enables us to deliver it worldwide without using either additives or preservatives.

WHEAT flour type 00, whole hen EGGS, BUTTER, Honey, Orange peel paste [orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar], Compressed Brewer’s yeast, Iodised salt, Bourbon vanilla pods – BABA SYRUP 10% VOL.: Water, Sugar, Rum (11.10%). May contain: peanuts, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio nuts), sesame.
